Craigslist Labor gigs is no good. I personally hear about people all the time who are skilled in whatever area and who have responded to hundreds of ads and not one response. If you also feel this way then I welcome your support in creating this site. Also, I want to brush up on my HTML skills and hopefully make a buck or two from ads. But, I digress.
I hope to make employers personally accountable. A star system will be put into place. All contact employer to job seeker will not only be sent through this site intermediently. Craigslist obviously does this too. Also it will be on a star or brownie points. Every time an employer responds to a jobseeker they get a reputation point. You should not deal with some one who does not respond to other job seekers. In this way I seek to give every one a chance and make sure e-mails get thru.
